Investment Amount $1,000,000 per investor
EB-5 Job Creation To create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs
Our Investors will:
  • earn a Green Card through investment
  • become a Limited Partner of the development - Kalakaua Gardens
  • own direct interest in the building and land
  • enjoy distribution from the net income of the operations in proportions to their partnership interests
  • receive 0.5% to 2.0% of Limited Partnership interests, depending on the timing of the investment

The USCIS process takes approximately 9-15 months to process the I-526 application and once approved a temporary green card will be issued.

I-829 application will be processed within 2 years. Once approved, a permanent green card will be issued.

We estimate the investment to be returned in 5 years.
