Kalakaua Gardens

Kalakaua Gardens is located in Honolulu close to both Waikiki and downtown Honolulu. The project is the development of a 17-Floor, 216-Unit high rise over 130,000 gross sq. ft. Senior Care Community. It offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care services.
HPL has assembled an expert team experienced in both senior care development and operation.

The lead architect is Architect Hawaii Limited, the top Honolulu-based architectural firm that designed the renowned Kahala Hui Senior Living Community in Honolulu. The General Contractor is Swinerton Builders, one of the most experienced high-rise and health care builder in the Pacific region.

The community will be operated by Avalon Health Care of Utah, which is also the premier and largest senior care provider in Hawaii.

The development team consists of top local expert consultants specialized in land-use, licensing, community out-reach, legal as well as marketing and promotion.

Our capital partners include Tama Home USA, Eastridge Pacific Holdings and 1723 Kalakaua, LLC. Construction is near completion, with the "topping-off" ceremony held in early October, 2015.

The "community' is slated to open to serve the local seniors in early 2016.
